Job Description

ASST SALES MANAGER / MANAGER SALES

Location : Bengaluru

Qualification : Graduate in Marketing with a specialisation in Marketing or Sales

Experience : 2-4 years of experience in sales in IRE sector.

Job Description :

  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
  • Achieve Maximum Revenue target through Primary Sales.
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
  • Report on sales activities to management
  • On & Off-site Training to their respective team
  • Remain up to date with latest market trends, business knowledge and technological advancements

Functional Skills :

  • Location knowledge
  • Understanding of the Real estate Business
  • Should understand the discount pattern
  • Negotiate with the developers on behalf of the client
  • Future development of the location
