Duties:

• An ATM Cash Loader, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate loading of cash into ATMs

• Load cash into ATMs in your route as per the assigned schedule given by Route/Team Leader.

• Count and verify cash amounts before loading into ATMs

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of cash during loading

• Perform regular maintenance checks on ATMs to ensure proper functioning and uninterrupted services.

• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

• Attend regular training sessions, certification programmes arranged without absenteeism

• Maintain accurate records of cash loaded and transactions performed

• Provide excellent customer service to ATM users

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, if required
