  • The Incumbent shall be the lead point of contact for any and all matters of a specific customer.
  • He shall be responsible for creating strong and long-lasting customer relationships by providing timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the customer needs and objectives. In doing so,  
  • He shall coordinate with all the internal stake holders for smooth, seamless and timely delivery of services as per SLA. In addition,
  • He shall be responsible for reconciliation, invoicing and timely collection of the payment in coordination with the CRM team.
  • He shall have to prepare and provide MIS in time. He shall ensure that all new business opportunities with the customer are given to DLI only.
  • Her/ his responsibility shall be to improve the efficiency of the current business and work on cost cutting methods.
  • 5-10 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS OR SUPPLY CHAIN WITH EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
