Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
Process orders, forms and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Taking inbound calls.
Giving resolutions to the customers.
Being the voice of the Client.
Eligibility & Qualification
Minimum HSC Pass / HSC Fresher OR Graduate Fresher
Excellent Communication Skills in English is mandate
24*7 Rotational Shifts/ Rotational Night Shifts for Males and Females both
CTC – 17 K to 23 K in hand
5 days working (Any 2 rotational week off)
