Job Designation: Associate Customer Service Voice
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Taking inbound calls.
- Giving resolutions to the customers.
- Being the voice of the Client.
Eligibility & Qualification
- Minimum HSC Pass / HSC Fresher OR Graduate Fresher
- Excellent Communication Skills in English is mandate
- 24*7 Rotational Shifts/ Rotational Night Shifts for Males and Females both
- CTC – 17 K to 23 K in hand
- 5 days working (Any 2 rotational week off)
