Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Must have knowledge about portals like Upwork, Elance, Guru etc
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
0-2 years of experience in Business Development.
Strong Knowledge of any one of the portals like Upwork, Elance, Guru etc
Must have exp in writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations/ prepare project schedules
Presentation Skills and Ability to handle clients
Excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges.
Ability to motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast pace environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Good working experience in effort estimation, client follow up, proposal writing, costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering and a link between the development team and client.
