Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end-to-end execution of iB cricket events to increase brand awareness, generate leads and other business metrics
2. Identify and schedule events at the best suitable venues (corporations, cafes, gated communities, etc.)
3. Provide a fantastic and seamless experience for all participants in iB cricket
4. Provide accurate and complete information about the company, products, pricing, and league to generate leads for iB cricket products
5. Ensure your team improves performance and achieves targets
6. Follow all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that include, generating leads, sharing suggestions with the central team, generating content for social media, maintaining the leads database, troubleshooting issues, submitting event reports, etc.
7. Take responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle of iB cricket products and achieve targets. Phone/video calls, product demonstrations, pitches, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category
8. Be flexible to take redefined roles and responsibilities as necessary to support the overall success and the strategies of the company
9. Keep them engaged throughout the event
10. Ensure high participation and engagement at the events
11. Monitor and train them accordingly
