Responsibility:

Management:
Collaborating to increase the volume of business and exploring new methodologies to drive further growth. Work with the senior management to create a prioritized, tactical action plan to exceed revenue and strategic goals.
To build an annual sales pipe to then convert into quarterly, monthly and weekly operational plans.
Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling & winning deals by monitoring the quarterly sales achievement against targets.
Able to build good working relationships across all inter-department and management levels and alliance with the products team.
Should be a sound team mate and an effective individual contributor at the same time.
Independently execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders.
Independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives both inside and outside of Recklabs.
Work closely with the customer base to ensure they are successful using our solutions and have the technical resources required.
Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings for developers.
