Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Mailing Coordination:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and proper distribution to the relevant stakeholders
2. Manage and organize electronic correspondence, including drafting, editing, and proofreading emails and other business documents
3. Maintain an organized filing system for all electronic and hard-copy documents
2. Meeting Alignment:
1. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, both internal and external, including booking meeting rooms, sending invitations, and managing calendars
2. Prepare meeting agendas and collate necessary documents or materials for distribution to participants
3. Leads and Query Coordinating:
1. Assist in managing and tracking leads and inquiries received from various sources
2. Maintain a lead database and update it with relevant information and status updates
4. General Administrative Support:
1. Provide general administrative support to the business team, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining spreadsheets or databases
2. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business-related documents as required
5. Communication and Coordination:
1. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and redirecting them as necessary
2. Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective cross-functional communication and coordination
