Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing markets, and increase the company's customer base
2. Drive sales through the growth of existing clients
3. Develop and manage networks within the industry
4. Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
5. Follow up for all payments as per agreed terms post sales
6. Coordinate with technology teams to understand company products
7. Stay updated with knowledge of industry trends, sales techniques, and competitive landscape through professional development opportunities
Requirements:
1. Candidates holding a bachelor's in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
2. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi/Gujarati is a plus)
3. Previous experience in sales/business development is a plus (B2B sales preferred)
4. Functional responsibility for achieving sales/order intake
5. Marketing skills in engineering project field
6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
7. Proficient with computer & internet working
8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
