Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients to generate leads and subsequent business development opportunities
2. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or clients
3. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to reach prospective clients and achieve sales targets
4. Support the sales team in maintaining client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly
5. Maintain a database of contacts and updating information
6. Follow up with leads and nurturing relationships
7. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients
Key skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication, persistence, and resilience with a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently. Experience in sales/business development is an addition
2. Ability to research well to gain a strong understanding of our services being offered enabling effective communication of their benefits and value proposition
3. Time management: Efficiently managing time to make calls while maintaining quality interactions with prospects
4. Problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset, driven by targets and working systematically towards achieving them
Qualifications :
1. Minimum qualification - Graduation
2. Preferred qualification - P.G.D.M /Fresh MBA graduates
