About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing leads and updating the same on sheets
2. Making inbound calls to customers and liaising with them
3. Resolving the queries and updating the system about the same
4. Liaising with schools for the curriculum to be introduced
5. Arranging demos and converting demos to enrollments
6. Making calls to existing leads and making cold calls
7. Maintaining proper records of calls made, demos arranged, conversions, and managing the CRM
8. Working towards achieving the target numbers given month-on-month
9. Working with the marketing team to ensure sufficient leads are generated
10. Making records of the source of marketing that gets the best results
11. Making records of the source of the lead (website, word of mouth, leaflets, banners, etc.)
12. Manage any other lead management work as requested by the management under the skill set of telesales agents
