Job Summary :

• Contacting existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answering queries about the products of the company.
• Understands customer requirements and close sales.

Responsibilities:

• Reply to phone calls and respond to customer requests.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Update the details of customer in computer system.
• Advise the customer in phone calls about our products and close sales.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries to and not resolved immediately.
• Complete call logs and reports to be entered in the CRM.
• Recognize, document and alert the supervisors about the customer calls.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Sends daily report to the Team Leaders.
