Client Servicing-Job Description
Job Description: Understanding:

Overall role of Advertising and Digital Marketing for the success of Brands.
Understanding of SEM- Google Adwords, SEO, Google Analytics, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

Client Servicing:

Understand the brief and requirement from the client.
Translate into a flow to make internal team understand the scope of work.
Work very closely with internal team and guide them for the better results orientation.
Make presentation, documentation, email, campaign details to present to the client.
Be Convinced and convince the client about the marketing avenues presented.
Get the final Approvals from the client to roll on all marketing activities.
Day to Day Interaction to build relationship with the clients.
Be available over the calls, emails and other mediums.
Pro-actively approach clients.

Reporting:

To prepare weekly & monthly reports for the clients and explain them about the performance achieved by the team and also for the improvisations.

Business Development:

To participate in new pitches to bring new businesses.
To approach new contacts to achieve monthly target assigned.

Collections:

To help organization for collections from the respective and assigned clients.

Skill Sets:

Clear and Good Communications.
Presentations.
Presentations for Pitches.
Ability to use positive Language.
Reports to: Client Servicing Head/ CEO
