Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Client communication: Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients through email, SMS, and some calls, respond promptly to client inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions
Client onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products/services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
Client support: Handle client support requests and work closely with the support team to resolve issues promptly, and document and track client interactions to maintain accurate records
Feedback collection: Assist in collecting client feedback through surveys and some calls, and summarize and report feedback to the internal team for continuous improvement
Data analysis: Help analyze client usage data provide insights to enhance client success strategies, and identify trends and patterns that can contribute to improving client satisfaction
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align client success initiatives with overall business goals, and collaborate with product development teams to communicate client needs and feedback
