Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
2. Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Sendy
3. Strong organization and project management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
6. Design skills using tools like Canva are a plus
