Job Description
1. Handle all the secretarial matters including holding of Board Meetings and General Meetings, drafting agendas and minutes, maintaining statutory registers etc.
2. Deal with Stock Exchange and timely compliance of listing regulations from time to time.
3. Manage ROC filings of all necessary documents on time.
4. Maintain statutory records.
5. Liaise with auditors and external regulators.
Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary
Experience: 4-8years

· Should have Strong skills in MS office (Word; Excel & PowerPoint)
· Should have good drafting skills
· Should have Eye for detailing
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ambitious and self-motivated
· Candidates having worked in financial setup preferred.
