Job Description

thYnking Online Solutions is hiring now for an 1+ year experienced Customer Relations Representative to work in our Business Development Center. Our growing, successful company offers an excellent career path for individuals with a drive to succeed! Our ideal candidate will have good customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
Responsibilities :

Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails.
Follow up on each shown or missed appointment.
Providing an enthusiastic and great impression of our dealership.
Ability to hit daily performance goals.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients
.Successfully managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain follow up communication that encourages repeat and referral business.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self motivation, keen decision making, and the capacity to think on your feet

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors degree in IT or Technology related areas.
Excellent Customer Service Skills, both over the phone and in person.
Adhere to scripts and maintain a professional demeanor when communicating with customer.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in problem solving, Good computer & Communication skills.
