Job Duties:

• Answering phone calls, writing replies to emails and excelling in customer service.
  
• Providing solutions to different problems of clients by taking help of different tools.
  
• Ensure that the call comments are properly arranged and suitable information is provided to clients.
  
• The standard of each call should be properly maintained in a comprehensive manner taking into view each aspect of attending the customer, listening to their problems and offer appropriate solutions to them.
  
• Should have the ability to work in a team and interact with the client.
  

• Strong command in English language, Tamil or Kananda Language preferred
  
• Knowledge of the local & national languages too is essential.
  
• Act as an intermediary between the organization and customer such as dealing with the complaints and queries of consumers.
  
• Preparation of set answers in order to reply to customer queries immediately without wasting any more time.
  
• Should have dual qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with confidence and conviction.
  
• Should have an attitude that is well approachable by consumers and understanding their problems.
  
• Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the consumers want to say or express.
  
• Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in every stage of the process
  
• Skills of working in a team and ability to learn.
