Job Profile:-

Designation - Customer Care Executive And Sr. Customer Care Executive.
Job Type - Part Time / Full Time.
Job Location - Kolkata.
Industry - International BPO.
Process - Voice Process.
Required Experience - 0 to 3 yrs.
Age Bar - 18 years to 34 years.
Week Offs - Alternate Saturdays and All Sundays Are Fixed Off.

Shift Timing:-

Part Time - Evening Shift (5 p.m to 10 p.m).
Full Time - Night Shift (10 p.m to 7 a.m).

Salary:-

Part Time - 6000/- up to 15000/- per month (+incentives).
Full Time - 9000/- up to 20000/- per month (+incentives).

Responsibilities and Duties

Providing IT And Software Services To Customers.
Guiding Customers Step By Step.
Pitching Customers For Those Software And IT Services In Order To Execute a Premium Business Plan.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Speaking Fluently In English. (*Mandatory*).
Qualification Has To Be Minimum 10th Pass.
Good Communication With Interactive Skills.
Basic Knowledge Of Computer.
