Responsibilities:
· Design and implement social media campaigns to align with business goals
· Own website design and update strategies
· Set specific objectives with key stakeholders and regularly report on ROI
· Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content on a regular cadence for websites and social media handles.
· Create and send email marketing campaigns
· Collaborate with other teams such as content, sales and client relations to ensure brand consistency.
· Market research, competitor research and analysis along with advertising trends.
· Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and content management
· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, applications (Web analytics, WordPress etc.)
· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
· Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
· Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements:
· Proven work experience in digital marketing and SEO
· Hands-on experience in content creation/ management
· Excellent copywriting skills
· Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics/ AdWords
· Some visual design capabilities
· Knowledge of online marketing channels
· Familiarity with web design
· Excellent communication skills
