Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements for enterprise solutions.
• Analyze client's existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Design and propose tailored enterprise solutions that address client's needs, leveraging appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
• Develop project proposals, including scope of work, timelines, resource requirements, and cost estimates, in collaboration with sales and project management teams.
• Lead or participate in solution design workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions to define solution architectures, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of enterprise solutions, ensuring adherence to design principles, quality standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and third-party providers to integrate external systems, APIs, and services into the overall solution architecture.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and stakeholders, showcasing the features, capabilities, and benefits of the implemented solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions, collecting feedback from clients and stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in enterprise solution consulting, architecture design, and implementation, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, systems, and platforms, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning),CRM (Customer Relationship Management),BI (Business Intelligence),and workflow automation solutions.
• Proficiency in solution design methodologies, such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
• Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, development, and support teams.

• Certifications in enterprise solution technologies, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions and platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices for enterprise solutions in sectors such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery of enterprise solutions.
