JD of Executive Assistant:

·         Executive assistant managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, making travel arrangements, and sometimes overseeing administrative staff.

·         Additionally, executive assistants often serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and other employees or external stakeholders.

·         They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and time-management skills.

·         Confidentiality and discretion are also crucial qualities for this role, as executive assistants often have access to sensitive information.

Requirement:

·         Candidate should be pass out (BBA, MBA).

·         Good knowledge in Executive Assistant profile.

·         Good Experience in Managing Director Meetings, calls and mail drafting.

·         Candidate should be good communication skills.

·         Required Fresher Candidate.
