Responsibilities:
● Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for tickets closure.
● Meeting service targets of multiple technical solutions such as Sound Box, EDC/Card Swipe Machines.
● Deployment of serviced products at client locations.
● Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.
● Need to resolve 15 - 20 tickets on a daily basis for better incentive earnings.

Requirements:
● Qualification: Diploma, ITI - Any Graduation.
● Should be excellent in the local language.
● Work Location: Chennai.
