Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise sales representatives to ensure they perform up to prescribed standards
Evaluate sales staff performance and correspondence with potential and existing customers
Develop and implement sales plans, targets, and goals according to annual sales plans and goals
Delegate tasks to sales staff and assist in hiring and training new team members
Establish positive relationships with customers, understand their needs, and notify them about the available products and services
Provide professional and timely sales support to customers
Attend meetings and conferences to discuss improvements and changes in sales plans
Learn about and implement various marketing strategies to drive sales and engage customers
Identify potential customers and sell products and services to them
Forecast sales results and needs by utilizing data and analytics tools
Identify and resolve sales queries and issues
Prepare monthly and annual sales reports and review sales figures
Motivate staff to reach goals and implement techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency
Organize and lead on-the-job training for new sales staff members
