Position: Sales Associate Freshers
Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue
growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively
communicating the value of our SaaS offerings. You will collaborate closely with our
sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of
WebSpruce.
Responsibilities:
● Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels
(online platforms, networking events, referrals, etc.).
● Lead Generation: Generate leads and qualify prospects based on their interest
and fit for our SaaS products.
● Consultative Selling: Understand client points and present tailored solutions that
address their specific needs.
● Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and
articulate their benefits to potential clients.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and
campaigns.
● Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
● Education: Completed MBA/BBA (or equivalent) with a focus on sales, marketing,
or business.
● Freshers Welcome: We encourage recent graduates to apply; prior sales
experience is a plus but not mandatory.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Self-Motivated: Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
● Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
