As a Travel Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while maximizing sales and revenue for our travel agency.

3. *Booking Management:* Handle all aspects of booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and travel insurance.
4. *Sales Generation:* Proactively promote travel packages, deals, and special offers to maximize sales and revenue.
5. *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
6. *Product Knowledge:* Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and products to offer expert advice and recommendations to clients.
7. *Documentation:* Ensure all travel documentation, including tickets, vouchers, and itineraries, are accurate and delivered to clients on time.
8. *Administration:* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments, and process transactions accurately
9. *Relationship Building:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
