Primary responsibilities include: -
Role & Responsibility: Responsible for handling IT requirements from Domestic clients. Responsible to work on Permanent/Full time position.
Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc to joining post placement. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster etc),Making job postings on the Job Portal. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. Must be having capability to work with a team or individually. Skill Required: Must be willing to join Start-up recruitment agency.
Exposure on recruiting on major technical roles and flexible to work on non-IT roles as well. Ability to work individually and handle pressure and demands. Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills. Dynamic/ Go getter/ Smart/ Energetic / Good Attitude/ willing to learn. Highly organized and detail oriented.
