We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience,
from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great
employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand diverse client requirements spanning IT, ITES, and non-IT sectors.
- Source candidates across a spectrum of skills, from mainstream to niche, for
lateral and leadership positions.
- Extensively worked on search tools like job sites, social media, and internal and
external databases
- Collaborate closely with clients and business managers to expedite the hiring
process.
- Utilize various search tools and engage in headhunting activities to target specific
profiles.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset.
- Ability to comprehend clients' business, technical, and functional needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Coordinating with client/business managers for a better understanding of the
position and fast closure.
- Head hunting for desired profiles whenever required.
