Job Description:
NexionPro, located in Gurugram, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fresher Recruiter. The job will include calling candidates to assess their suitability for the positions.

Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and campus placements, to source and recruit fresh graduates.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interviews.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
Call candidates to schedule interviews and assess their suitability for the positions.
Provide timely and effective communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.
