Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at United Global Consortium - UGC located in Chennai. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, demonstrating clerical skills, communicating effectively, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in using office equipment and software

Prior experience as a front desk receptionist is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent
