Responsibilities

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Monitor office expenses and costs
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Job Location : Kandigai - Oragadam.

We possess, 49 let able rooms in the categories as, Royal standard of 22 rooms out of which 4 twin bed and inter connectable rooms, and 24 Royal executive rooms are of which 4 twin bed and inter connectable rooms and 3 Royal suit rooms.

We also have Two A/c conference halls. Namely “Rajendra”and “Adhitya” each can accommodate up to 100Pax in cluster and 200Pax on auditorium style.

We are proud to elaborate that we have a MUTICUISINE restaurant “The Crown” with fine dining for 52 cover and an upcoming bar “7thHeaven” which can accommodate 70 covers. Both Air-conditioned and to cater all types of cuisines. Our Swimming pool, GYM, SPA is operational soon.
