Graduate in case of officer of organized services of Govt. of India. and For others -Graduate and Two years’ full-time regular MBA in HR or equivalent qualification in the field of HRM. -Working in pay-scale Rs.120000- 280000(IDA) E8/ Rs.144200-218200 (CDA) L14 or Has been working for 4 years in pay-scale Rs.100000- 260000(IDA) E7/Rs.123100- 215900 (CDA) L13 -Min. 20 years’ experience at Officer/ Executive level (L10/ E2 & above level) in Human Resource Management, including manpower planning, acquisition, retention, training & development, performance management, compliance of statutory requirement including Labour Laws, IR matters and Conduct, Discipline & Appeal Rules. -Should be well versed with e-office. -Experience in Indian Railways, in its CPSEs/ Metro Rail organisations will be preferred.
