Eligibility:
12th, Diploma or Any Graduate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on all channels to achieve your distribution and display objectives. Always look at the opportunities of opening new accounts.
- To achieve brand wise and SKU wise secondary and primary sales objectives as per the agreed targets and time.
- Break your secondary sales targets - Distributor wise and DSM wise daily, weekly and monthly forexecution, efficiency and to monitor the same.
- Brief and sell the monthly promos and targets to all your distributor and DSM. Explain them clearly the objectives and the benefits for them
- Write the distributor claims regularly on a monthly basis and submit them on time to the accounts depts. forprocess send your market working report daily to your AGM along with market feedback.
Work Location: Karnataka.
Salary: INR 2.55 LPA (1.6 FIXED CTC+95000 TA &DA + Incentives).
Interview: Face to Face.
