Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
3. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks, to attract top talent
4. Conduct candidate assessments, including skills testing and reference checks, to ensure a high standard of candidate selection
5. Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for future reference
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, while providing an exceptional candidate experience
7. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
