Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with the company policies.
Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
