Position: HR Cum Customer Relations
Experience : 0 to 2 Years of Experience, Energetic & Dynamic Freshers Welcome
Job Type: Full Time
Job Location : BANGALORE
Working Days: TUESDAY to SUNDAY, Weekly OFF on MONDAY.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Profile

· To recruit candidates as and when required
· Training the candidates, and employee management and retention skills
· Exceptional HR management & problem solving skills
· Ability to perform responsibilities with target-oriented mindset.
· Candidate must be comfortable in telephonic calls & online communication/chat and perform Customer relations task.

Writing Business proposal mails and quotation
· To generate and submit monthly review reports to the management and inform about the accomplishments, hurdles and assistance required.
· Being in Service Industry, weekends are important working days, hence the candidate should be comfortable working on weekends. Weekly off will be on MONDAY.

Requirements:

· Presentable & Pleasing Personality.
· Confident Communication clubbed with smartness, humble and polite attitude.
· Applicant should be Hardworking, trustworthy and dependable

· Sales & relationship management skills
· Proficient with web presentation tools
· Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
· Ability to work in challenging environment.
· Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
· Flexible to take up responsibilities in non working hours / extended hours if required.

Academic Qualification:

· Graduates from Any Stream with 2 Years of experience may apply.
· MBA / PGDM Freshers preferred. Specialization in Mass Communication / Marketing/ HR.
· Good hands in Internet surfing and Social media platforms
· Excellent hands in Ms Office (Excel sheets, Word, PPTs etc)

· Accommodation will be equipped with all possible basic requirements and safety will be assured.
