Conducting preliminary interviews
Lionizing /Requirement gathering with the client
CV screening / short listing.
Coordinating & scheduling of interviews. Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates / resources.
Resolving queries from potential candidates / resources in regards to subjected requirement.
Preparing MIS reports on the resource management workflow.
Validating & verification check.
Salary offered: 13000-20000/-
