• Make sure candidates are prepared for the job requirements of hiring partners
• Build relationships with new and existing employers in order to source suitable vacancies
• Should build relationships effectively with trainees
• Should be strong communication skills
• Proficient in English communication (Verbal & written)
• MBA freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
• Manage and supervise the HR department staff.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Design and run employee training and development programs.
• Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
