Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Conduct face-to-face virtual interviews via Google Meet
Evaluate the candidate's required skills for the position
Document interview report of each of the candidates for upper management
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback
Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
Meet daily as well as weekly quotas related to interviews
