Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the development and implementation of employment engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment
2. Supporting the performance management system by conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and assisting in goal-setting processes
3. Utilizing HR Analytics to analyze data and provide insights for strategic decision-making
4. Contributing to HR branding efforts through social media campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition activities
5. Assisting in the maintenance and optimization of the Human Resource Information System to ensure accurate and efficient data management
6. Providing administrative support in various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
7. Collaborating with the HR team to assist in various projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR functions
