2. Sourcing Candidates: Using the various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to actively search for and attract qualified candidates. This involves building talent pipelines and networks

3. Screening and Selection: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and evaluating candidates' qualifications against job requirements. They often conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability
