We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team at DataNeuron. As an HR Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, contributing to the growth and success of our innovative SaaS product. This role will expose you to various aspects of HR, allowing you to gain valuable experience and skills in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
1/ Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

2/ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to the development of job descriptions.

3/ Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Onboarding and Orientation:
1/ Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

2/ Coordinate orientation sessions and prepare onboarding materials for new employees.

3/ Assist in the creation and maintenance of onboarding documentation.


HR Administration:
1/ Provide administrative support for HR processes, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and managing documentation.

Qualifications:
1/ Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2/ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3/ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

4/ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5/ Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup.
