Responsibilities:

Human Resource Generalist Activities.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Administer and organize internal events/meetings.
Performance Management of the employees.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
Entry level knowledge in any of the HR functions.
Demonstrated Problem Solving skills with the ability to handle highly strategic and challenging Business problems.
Should be passionate on People Management.
Working proficiency and communication skills in Verbal and Written English.
Fresh BBA, BCA, BCOM, MBA candidates are preferred.
Should serve 36 months bond period (Every year appraisal).
