Candidate Responsibility:-

·        Taking Interview, Shortlisted Candidate, Recruitment knowledge.

·        Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Aware about online Apps

·        Screening resumes.

·        Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

·        Administering appropriate company assessments.

·        Hr General work also can do properly.

·        Performing reference and background checks.

·        Making recommendations to company hiring managers. Aware about online off line work.

·        Language:-Hindi/Bengali/English.

·        Age-25-50,

·        Qualification:-Graduate or above (MBA in HR/Marketing preferable)
