· Efficient handling of inbound and outbound calls.
· Speaking to the designated candidates and collecting the required database.
· To analyze and enter candidate data in the platform or update existing ones and ensure that the quality standards of the entered data are maintained.
· Inform the candidates about the policies and updates in the platform.
· Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) under the guidance of the HR Manager to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee data.
· Conduct an employee connect program with the aim to reduce attrition and increase employee satisfaction levels.
· Conduct exit interviews and drive the employee exit process and tasks associated with it.
· Manage the employee letters and communication.
· Drive the Rewards and Recognition programs as well as the monthly HR events and activities.
· Responsible to drive the Employee Onboarding program including pre-boarding and post-boarding activities.
· Provide analytical and well-documented HR reports to the reporting manager.
· Act as a point of contact and build influential employee relationships.
· Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity.
