Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate recruitment activities, emphasizing experience in communication with various stakeholders
2. Schedule candidate interviews based on diverse business requirements, sometimes up to 30 interviews a day
3. Follow up extensively with stakeholders and ensure timely communication
4. Collect feedback from relevant stakeholders and update the tracker accordingly
5. Communicate the status and process details effectively to stakeholders via email or phone
6. Maintain real-time updates for accurate and timely reporting and analysis in Excel
7. Mandate good communication skills
