Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assimilation and Experience:
-> Orchestrate onboarding excellence to seamlessly manage the operational aspect of onboarding and people data for a positive new hire experience
-> Partner with HR business partner, talent acquisition, finance/payroll, etc. to ensure people's experience is top-notch in all aspects of work-life
-> Support facility administration & IT administration in providing perspective of people's experience
2. Engagement and Pulse:
-> Craft an engagement calendar celebrating employee milestones, fostering well-being with employee wellness events, building connections through Leadership meets, etc.
-> Design, deploy, and monitor rewards and recognition programs to keep the talent motivated
3. Query Navigation:
-> Provide support on employee queries for a smooth problem-solving experience
-> Escalate the right problems to the right people for smooth resolution
4. HR Data and Analytics:
-> Implement changes and updates on HRMS, tools and trackers for enhanced accuracy and efficiency in HR processes
-> Monitor and ensure timely completion of employee surveys, extracting valuable insights for continuous improvement

Other requirements
1. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
2. 0–1 year of experience in core HR.
