Job Description

 Position: Client Servicing HR Executive (Recruitment)

 Experience: 0 to 3 years (Fresher can also apply)

 Job Type: Permanent

 Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

 Work days: 6 days with alternate Saturdays off.

 Salary: 14 K to 20K (Depending on Experience) + Incentives on every closure

 Location:  Haryana

 Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, Screening resumes through different job portals / various online channels.
  
• Design and update job descriptions
  
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
  
• Performing reference and background checks.
  
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers / Clients.
  
• Following up on the interview process status.
  
• Maintaining relationships with external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
