Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assisting in Monthly engagement activities.
General Administration at Head office.
The person should be well versed in MS-Word and MS- Excel.
Needs to organize and maintain personnel records, update the internal databases, prepare HR documents.
Candidate should have good communication skill - Written & Verbal
Identifies the critical success factors from an HR & IR perspective and formulates the strategy
Maintaining attendance and leave records and timely submission.
Monitor& track productivity levels across the organizations
Ensures systems and processes support the Company strategy appropriate staff member.
Facilitates the development of appropriate organization structures with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and manpower requirements
Plans for headcount to staff the positions based on requirements
Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method and sources
Formulates policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company
Monitors the execution of well-planned induction programmes to enable the new employees reachproductivity levels faster
