To understand the requirements and conduct CV search in job boards and other sources and shortlist an appropriate candidate for a position within the agreed timeline.
Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation.
Meet and exceed KPIs.To make job postings in the free job boards/ social media / linked in / recruiter networking groups as & when required.
To create a pool of talent pipeline of the sourced candidates and maintain a relationship with candidates sourced till the candidate joins the organization .
To coordinate for interviews (Face to face, telephonic, skype interview ) for the shortlisted candidates communicate to HR Team leader / Manager. Generate leads for new hiring from the candidates.
To submit daily and another report of all the candidates sourced to Manager. Attend team meeting at regular intervals.
Job Requirements -
Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language.
Knowledge of MS office and internet.
